Rotherham United Manager, Andy Scott is hopeful that both Danny Schofield and Luke Foster will be available for the first game of the season on Saturday.

'They`ve trained this week,` Scott told MillersPlayer today. 'And it`s just Johnny Mullins, Jamie Annerson and Ollie Banks who are missing out at the moment.`

Asked about the squad, Scott said, 'I`m happy with what we`ve got though I`d still like to bring in a couple of more bodies in terms of numbers for us. But, with what we`ve got and the lads who have worked through the pre-season schedule and what they`ve done in the games, I`ve been very pleased with.`

It`s thought that there could be a further signing today which could be good news for the trialist who played on Monday night at Parkgate.
