RUFC - Scott pre-Crewe

Rotherham United Manager, Andy Scott told MillersPlayer that, when you are winning you want to keep playing, so maybe it`s good that the game against Crewe Alexandra has come so quickly after the four-one win over Plymouth at the weekend.

'We`ve got a tough game coming up against Crewe,' Scott said. 'Saturday was the first time they`d lost at home since February. They will be hurting from their start and they will want to be getting points on the board pretty quickly. They`ve got some very young talented players, who have got a lot of ability, but we believe we`ve got ability as well and we know how we can nullify their threats and, hopefully, we can have a performance and result like Saturday.

'Then we`ve got Barnet coming up. So we need to make sure that we concentrate and keep our focus. When it`s Saturday/Tuesday at the start of the season you need to make sure you are doing what`s right for the players and that you are properly prepared for the games both physically and mentally.`
