'If It's Football, It's Vital'

RUFC - Ex on his return to Don Valley

Rotherham United former player, Exodus Geohaghan said that the Millers are capable of promotion.

Speaking to the Official Site after he came off the subs bench against Rotherham on Saturday, the tall (very tall!) midfielder said, 'The new manager will keep them on their toes and make sure they are up there.`

After having a trial period with the Bees, Ex has signed a month`s contract at Underhill saying he has come to play games. 'If I do well and play then great. If I don`t get games then I may have to look at other avenues because it`s all about getting minutes.`

He came on loan to the Millers last year and made fourteen appearances for us, with his long (long!) throw being a big boost while he was here. He got a terrific welcome from the Rotherham fans when he emerged from the tunnel to take his place on the bench on Saturday and acknowledged them with a big wave.

'I enjoyed my time here,` Ex said, 'and it was good to get a decent reception from the fans. I was only here for a short space of time so I wasn`t expecting it and it was very pleasing.`

Speaking about the game, the former Peterborough player said, 'It was a decent game but I thought, overall, we deserved to win. However, if you`d have asked us at the start about getting a draw, we`d have taken it.`
