RUFC - Scott still on the look out for new players

Rotherham United Manager, Andy Scott says he is still on the look out for players, even though the transfer window has now closed.

Speaking to MillersPlayer, Scott said, 'We are still looking for cover on that left-hand side. I had a few irons in the fire yesterday but people were asking ridiculous money for players and I wasn`t doing that.

'Tom (Newey) is our only recognised left-back so we are reasonably light there, particularly at left-back because we haven`t got cover for that position.

'The loan window opens again in seven days and, even though there`s no urgency, I`ve got my eye on a few players. There were several players who weren`t allowed out for the duration but might be available for a three month spell.`
