Rotherham United Manager, Andy Scott has said that there will be no pressure put on loanee, Brett Williams.

Twenty-three year old Brett joined the Millers this week from Reading on loan until January and Scott told The Advertiser that he had already shown how sharp he is in training.

'He moves well,` Scott said, 'he`s very sharp, quick and is an athlete. He`s a good size and he can finish. All that`s been lacking is league experience.

'He may be one of those who comes in and sets the world on fire straight away but he`s only young so there is no pressure on him. Hopefully, he can gain some experience with us and prove to be a real hit and go back to Reading and prove his worth.`
