RUFC - Scott not going to worry about Paolo

Join The Vital Debate

Rotherham United Manager, Andy Scott says that he isn`t going to worry about opposite number, Paolo Di Canio, on Saturday - unless he pulls on a shirt and heads for the pitch!

Speaking to Les Payne of The Star, Scott, who was at the Robins Carling Cup game on Tuesday night against Southampton where the much publicised 'bust up` between the Swindon Manager and his striker, Leon Clarke, took place, said, 'Let`s say there were several opportunities during the game when you could see that was going to happen.

'It was certainly entertaining with Paolo in both technical areas at times and on the pitch. But, he`s a proud man. Italians are expressive and emotional and there`s pressure on him.

'But we`re not going to worry about all that unless he pulls a shirt on and plays. It will be interesting to see how he, and they, respond but it is important that we concentrate on what we do.`
