RUFC - Scott praises Logan

RUFC - Scott praises Logan

Rotherham United goalkeeper, Conrad Logan took a blow to the face during the opening minutes of yesterday`s game against Swindon Town.

I don`t think it`s really clear whose elbow it was that smashed into the twenty-five year old`s face but the player was down for nearly five minutes having running repairs by the Millers` medical staff before the game could restart.

Speaking after the game, Manager, Andy Scott said, 'Conrad has ended up with a broken nose and half of his teeth missing. His nose will have to be set and he`ll need some dental work because there must be about ten teeth that aren`t where they should be. For him to stay on the pitch was magnificent.

'He was bleeding heavily from his nose even after the game.`
