'If It's Football, It's Vital'

RUFC - Harrison 'important we focus on ourselves'

Rotherham United take on Dagenham and Redbridge for the first time since the Wembley defeat in May 2010 but midfielder, Danny Harrison says it isn`t about revenge tomorrow.

Danny, along with Andy Warrington, are the only two players left at Rotherham since that day and told of The Advertiser that he does think about that play-off final, saying, 'So many things have changed since then and there aren`t going to be many players from the final who are going to be involved tomorrow.

'Obviously, they had a little taste of League One and that should have been us but it`s important that we focus on ourselves and what we`re doing and not let things like revenge get into our heads. We know what we`ve got to do and on the back of the defeat at Swindon last week the best thing is to win the next game.`

Speaking about the opponents tomorrow, the twenty-eight year old said, 'They`ve always been a combative team and we know what they`re about and that we can`t take anything for granted.`

Talking about the defeat at Swindon last week, Danny said, 'It was one of the most start-stop games I`ve been involved in. They were getting on at the referee, fouling, falling over but you have to play to the occasion and we were bitterly disappointed that we went away from home, scored two goals and lost..`

Speaking about double scorer, Alex Revell, he said, 'A target man is something we haven`t had for a while. He can hold things up and play as well and he`s a very, very good addition to the squad and a very shrewd signing at this time of the year.`
