Scott on Rotherham's 3-3 draw at Torquay

Scott on Rotherham's 3-3 draw at Torquay

After being 2-0 and 3-1 up, even away from home, you would expect to go on an win although Rotherham could not manage this at the weekend - 3-3 the final outcome at Torquay.

Andy Scott, as he told BBC Radio Sheffield, put the Torquay comeback down to some 'poor errors defensively' from his side: 'we made some poor errors defensively and allowed a side who are always good going forward to get back in the game.

'It was an entertaining game certainly but it's not the sort of entertainment I enjoy too much especially being 3-1 up.'

The Millers manager is happy with the progress his side are making though.

Scott, in actual fact, thinks that Rotherham are close to being a 'outstanding side' in league two: 'we've had two tough away games, long journeys and the same team played both games, but we're so close to being an outstanding side, I think everyone can see that.'
