Rotherham trial for Jordan

Stephen Jordan has been handed the opportunity to rebuild his career with Rotherham, having been handed a trial at the club.

The left back played in the recent reserve meeting with Port Vale and will now be looking to win himself a contract with The Millers.

Jordan, who opted to sign for Sheffield United instead of Portsmouth ahead of last season, was released in April before his 1-year contract with The Blades expired - he also played half a dozen games during a loan spell with Huddersfield.

As he is a free agent he is able to sign for Rotherham if he is wanted.
