You know the 'If Carlsberg made..... it would probably be the best in the world' adverts? Well, I think if Yorkshire Tea made League Two Goalkeepers then they would have made the three who are currently on the books of Rotherham United.
I believe we have the three best shot stoppers in League Two.
Conrad Logan joined in the summer on loan from Leicester City and is well thought of by the Foxes. He immediately took over the number one shirt and has played every league game for the Millers this season. He commands his area well and is very good at getting rid of the ball straight away.
Andy Warrington is in his fifth season with the Millers and has been through administration meaning non-payment and minus points. He has made almost two hundred appearances for the Millers and is a fans favourite. He is particularly good at shot stopping and has saved the Millers on many occasions.
Jamie Annerson joined the Millers in the summer of 2009 after having been on loan for a month the season before. He became first choice for the Millers between the sticks around the time Andy Scott arrived as Manager. Unfortunately, a nasty knee infection has left him on the sidelines so far this season.
Logan has played every league game so far this season and started off well in his first month, letting only four goals in but throughout last month let in fourteen goals with some fans saying it's time for Warrington to be recalled. Andy played on Tuesday against Sheffield United and, although the Millers lost two-one, he pulled off some very good saves.
So, who do you think will start on Saturday against Burton Albion? Who do you want to start on Saturday?
Tell us here on Vital Rotherham and join in the poll (which is to the right on this page)
In a recent poll we asked Who was the best of the modern day Millers' 'keepers - the winner of that poll was Mike Pollitt with 32% of the votes. Ray Mountford came second and Seamus McDonagh was in third place.
