RUFC - Coakley leaves for Blades

Rotherham United will be looking for a new Commercial Director as Steve Coakley is set to leave the Millers following an approach from neighbours Sheffield United.

A spokesman for the club says, 'During his two and a half years with the club, Steve has done an excellent job and has been a wonderful ambassador. We wish him every success in his new job.`

Steve joined the Millers from Sheffield Wednesday where he had been doing a similar job. He was also a Senior Sales Executive with Derby County.

Shame about this. Let's hope we get someone in who is as good as Steve
