'If It's Football, It's Vital'

RUFC - Scott 'everyone goes through a bad spell'

Rotherham United Manager, Andy Scott has had a few harsh words to say about his defence lately as well as admitting to being disappointed with the way his team have performed in the last few games.

But, with the Millers facing a tough trip to play Bristol City tomorrow night, Scott says there is enough about his team to turn things around.

'Everyone goes through bad spells,' Scott said, 'and we are going through one at the minute. But you can guarantee the teams in the top three will go through it too.

'It's more prevalent at this level because players are more inconsistent but I'm not really worried about it. We've got good players here and we've shown that we can go on a good run. But, it's alright saying it, we have to start doing it. Once we pick up a result the confidence will return.

'We've got some tough games coming up and maybe it will be those that we respond to.'
