'If It's Football, It's Vital'

RUFC - Stick or Twist?

So! You`re the manager of Rotherham United.

Your recent results have been……and now you`re approaching the next game, a possible critical game. We`ve already looked at whether it`s a blip or crisis and we`ll only have more of an idea after the next game.

You have belief in your own principals but even you can see there needs to be a shake up but how high do you shake it? Too many changes and you could be seen to be pressing the panic button, too little and its same old same old.

The chairman indicated to the Star that there are no further players to come in, however, with Williams`s injury looking longer term, should the Millers return him to his parent club if only to possibly free up a loan player berth. What about an experienced player in midfield. Possibly not in the athletic physical profile that Scott`s signings seem to have but has maturity and guile to bring the best out of others. Not easy to find but perhaps some players aren`t getting the on field time at a higher league club.

Personally, I think Conrad Logan will return and that`s not meant to be detrimental to Andy Warrington. I think you`d fear the worst having five put past you without you being at fault. After that, something to tighten up the back four?

It's an awkward situation for Scott isn't it. A bit 'damned if he does and damned if he doesn't' situation
