RUFC - Scott delighted with players

Rotherham United Manager, Andy Scott had nothing but praise for his three strikers after today's win over Bradford City at Valley Parade.

Speaking to Radio Sheffield, Scott said, 'I think the first half was a little bit harem-scarem when no one was really allowed too much time on the ball and they had too good midfield players in Flynn and Ravenshill. But, when we got the ball wide we did cause a lot of problems. Then it opened up and Schoey (Danny Schofield) was more of an influence on the game in the second half. He's got undoubted ability and set up the goal for Marshall and put in the pass for Revs' (Alex Revell) as well.

'In fact, the link up play between Schofield, Grabban and Revell was terrific. I think everyone who watches the game can see the work rate that Alex Revell puts in for the club and the effort. He wants to score goals for this football club and I'm delighted for him today and it's important that people like Alex Revell get rewards.

'Grabs (Lewis Grabban) has got another one too so we are ticking up the totals of our front men. We had a few scary moments but you can see that the quality we've got going forward is terrific to watch sometimes.

'And Danny Harrison did very, very well but everyone did well today and if you come to a place like this you all need to play well. And we did that and the confidence we can gain from the run we're on and the wins will give us a good basis to go and build on.'
