RUFC - Williams grateful to Millers

Rotherham United striker, Brett Williams says that, although he wants to play as high as he can, he would be happy to stay with the Millers if they need him.

Speaking to Dom Howson of The Star, Brett, who will be twenty-four next week, said, 'I spoke to Brian McDermott, the Reading boss, on Monday and I'm hoping he will want me back in January because I want to play as high as I can.'

Brett, who made his first start for the Millers on Saturday at Bradford, carried on, 'I`m very grateful Rotherham have given me the chance to get games and it will help me in the long run and if I ended up staying here until the end of the season, I would be happy with that.'
