Rotherham United striker/winger, Gareth Evans is looking at a long lay off after limping off after just twelve minutes at Valley Parade on Saturday.

The twenty-three year old former City player, was injured during a challenge with Michael Flynn and ended up watching the game on crutches.

Gareth has had a scan and the results aren't that good with the need to see a consultant and a specialist next week, but it looks like he could be out until the New Year.

Gareth has made twenty appearances so far this season, scoring six goals, and will, I'm sure, be missed.
