'If It's Football, It's Vital'

RUFC - Scott 'We might take more chances'

Rotherham United Manager, Andy Scott wants to avoid an FA Cup replay by beating Shrewsbury Town at the Greenhous Meadow Stadium for the first time.

'We want to win it first time out,' Scott told the Shropshire Star.

'We might take a few more chances than we normally would do in a League game to try and get the win because obviously December is a very busy time and having another game in between is not ideal. We will see how it pans out. It is a decent pitch and place to play football.

'We want to get into the third round and the players want to showcase their talents against bigger sides and it gives the club an opportunity to generate some money.

'We know all about Shrewsbury and they know all about us. Graham is a good manager and they have a steady squad who have been together for the last few seasons.'
