RUFC - Scott unimpressed with the ref

Rotherham United Manager, Andy Scott wasn`t impressed with referee, Lee Collins this afternoon.

Speaking after being knocked out of the FA Cup by Shrewsbury, by two goals to one, Scott told Radio Sheffield, 'Their first goal should have been disallowed. Conrad (Logan) had his arm held down by his side and the referee was told about it in the first half but didn`t take any notice and he`s allowed the first goal.`

Asked about the penalty which gave the home side the lead, Scott said, 'It wasn`t a foul He`s (Marvin Morgan) pulled Tom (Newey) back and then he`s tripped over his own legs. I`ve just spoken to the referee`s coach, if you can call him one of them, and he`s said it was a harsh decision. But, he`ll go and referee a game next week and referee in the third round and we won`t be there, we`ll be watching what happens, when we should at least be having a replay.`
