Rotherham United Manager, Andy Scott is hoping to 'get a bit of business done' when the transfer window opens again in January.

Speaking to MillersPlayer, Scott said, 'I've got an idea of what I want to do but we need to make changes.

'There are some players here who haven't stepped up and haven't done what's been asked of them and maybe it's time for them to move on. And there's players out of contract that haven't been involved and will want to get themselves sorted out before the end of the season, when it's such a tough time.

'I'd like to think we could get a bit of business done both in and out and once we do that I can bring in a couple of more players who will fit in with what we've got and then we can really push on.'

Meanwhile, Jon Harley, Guy Branston, Sam Wood, Brett Williams and Conrad Logan's loans all end in January and Scott said, 'We will have to decide if we want to extend the loans, make them permanent or they go back and we will be discussing that with their parent clubs and see where we go with that.'
