RUFC - Millers still unsure over Logan's future

Rotherham United Manager, Andy Scott says that he wants to see more from Conrad Logan before his loan spell ends next month.

The Irishman joined the Millers on loan from Leicester at the start of the season and has played nearly twenty games for Rotherham this season and has pulled off some dramatic saves, but has also made a couple of 'boobs`.

Speaking to The Advertiser, Scott said, 'Conrad has done well recently but my feelings about his performances have been tainted by the fact that we`re still conceding two goals a game which, as a goalkeeper, he is partly responsible for. If it`s not down to you personally then it`s up to you to organise and make sure people in front of you are doing their job.

'You have to take your hat off to him because he`s had a difficult spell and has come through it. But his future here is up to him, up to us and up to Leicester. With Nigel Pearson going back to Leicester there are changes there in terms of personal and what they will want to do in January.

'We have had some contact with Leicester but we will need to pursue that and see where we stand with it. But, we have to keep our options open because if they take him back then we need to have someone available to come in. Or, they could say we have to pay his full wages of x-amount and, financially, we can`t do that`

What do you think? Keep Logan? Get looking for a suitable replacement?
