RUFC - Millers won't sell stadium name

Rotherham United have decided against selling the naming rights of the new stadium which means the name will not be prefixed by a sponsor's name.

The ground, that will be finally named on Monday, will, it is understood have a name similar to 'The Waterfront', 'The Foundry', 'New York Stadium' or another title with a lighting theme. Earlier this week, Chairman Tony Stewart said that the name would have 'one or two surprises'.

Head of Commercial, Steve Lewis told The Advertiser, 'It will be a bit of an early Christmas present for our faithful supporters and it is fitting that Howard Webb, a fan and friend of the club, will make the announcement.

'We have traditional values and we can bring in revenues without selling the name of the ground. By retaining the same identity, I believe in the longer term, it will benefit the club.'

So, what do you think of the probable names? What would you pick?
