RUFC - New Stadium Manager for new stadium

Rotherham United have appointed a new Stadium Manager who will oversee the day-to-day running of the New York Stadium.
Paul Davis, who was part of the stadium team at Sheffield Wednesday, will look after everything from stewarding games on a match day to catering for events throughout the week.

Speaking to the Official Site, Mr Davis said, 'This is a very exciting time for all connected with Rotherham United.

'It is also an excellent opportunity for me to put together a new stadium operations team that will oversee the running of the stadium as well as match day safety and the security operations.'

Paul also said that there was a lot of hard work to do including obtaining a Safety Certificate from the Borough Council and he said he was expecting some some early mornings and late nights saying that it's 'all part of the challenge.'

'The design of the new stadium look fantastic and it will be a venue that Rotherham can be proud of,' said Paul.
