RUFC - Millers eyeing up midfielder?

Vital Rotherham understand that Rotherham United have been keeping an eye on midfielder, Jack Compton.

Twenty-three year old Jack has recently been on loan with Bradford City from Falkirk.

Born in Torquay, Jack was a Youth Academy player with Portsmouth before signing for West Brom in 2006. Not playing a game for the Baggies, he moved to Brighton where he spent a loan period with Lewes before moving to Havant and Waterlooville. He went onto play thirty games for Weston-Super-Mare where his performances attracted Falkirk who subsequently signed him and where he played nearly forty games. He had a trial with Bradford City and was not offered a deal but then went on loan to Valley Parade in the summer and has played over twenty games for them, one against the Millers, scoring one goal against Leeds United in a Carling Cup game.
