'If It's Football, It's Vital'

RUFC - Harley deal dead in water?

Rotherham United may have lost midfielder Jon Harley after he was named on the bench for his parent club, Notts County this afternoon as they take on Doncaster Rovers at Meadow Lane.

Jon, who joined the Millers in October for a month, had his loan extended until January and has made twelve appearances for Rotherham and had become a fans favourite and Millers Manager, Andy Scott was hoping to do a deal with County and the thirty-two year old.

Jon last played for Notts County in the Johnstone's Paint Trophy loss to Chesterfield in October and it looks like his last game for the Millers was the three-nil win over Bradford last Monday at Don Valley.

Of course, as they say, Football is a funny game, and anything could happen yet ....
