Vital Rotherham Player of the Month - December

Vital Rotherham United have FIVE players of the Month for December!

Conrad Logan was voted Man of the Match in the FA Cup game against Shrewsbury at Greenhous Meadow. The Millers lost the game 2-1 but, without Logan, who has since returned to his parent club, Leicester City, it could have been a bigger scoreline for the Shrews.

The Millers then had the long trip to Edgar Street where two goals from Johnny Mullins in the three-two win for the visitors also helped him to Man of the Match.

Top scorer, Lewis Grabban topped the pole against AFC Wimbledon at Don Valley with his tireless work that day. A goal from loanee Sam Wood was enough to give the Millers a one-nil win.

Defender, Michael Raynes had a superb game at Macclesfield on Boxing Day that helped the Millers keep a clean sheet a come away with a point.

The last game of the year, at Cheltenham, saw the Millers lose one-nil, although all Millers fans at Whaddon Road on the Friday night will still be wondering how they didn't come away with at least a point from the game. Vital Rotherham postees voted Jon Harley as man of the match for this game.

This, I think, only goes to show, that Rotherham United are working as a team!
