RUFC - Millers out for revenge

Rotherham United defender, Michael Raynes is out for revenge on Saturday when Paolo di Canio and his Swindon team come to Don Valley.

With the antics of the Italian manager and his players being described as 'a circus` by Millers Manager, Andy Scott, twenty-four year old Raynes says that the Millers feel they have a score to settle.

Speaking to Dom Howson of The Star, the former Stockport County player said, 'Some of the stuff that happened that day was not respectful and we want to make sure we put that right this weekend and it`s still one of those games that we still think about.`

The game was less than a minute old when Paul Caddis fell like he`d been shot after a challenge from debutant Alex Revell and, in honesty, that seem to set the tone for the whole game with their players falling down if someone in the crowd sneezed. Danny Schofield saw two yellow cards and took an early bath on sixty-seven minutes while Swindon`s Alberto Comazzi was also sent off for two bookable offences in the final five minutes. Swindon got all three points from the game, winning three-two.

'I thought we`d done enough to win the game,` Michael carried on, 'but the sending off and a couple of defensive mistakes cost us.`
