'If It's Football, It's Vital'

RUFC - Scott wants Naylor deal

Rotherham United Manager, Andy Scott says that he would like to sort out a deal with Richard Naylor who he took on trial last week.

Thirty-four year old defender Naylor began his career with Ipswich Town and has also played for Leeds United and Doncaster Rovers who recently released him.

Speaking to MillersPlayer, Scott said, 'He's an impressive lad. He's a fit boy although obviously he's coming towards the back end of his career but he's fit. He knows how to win and is a leader and is a big influence in the dressing room.

'So, if there's something we can do sooner, rather than later, then I'd love to do it.'
