'If It's Football, It's Vital'

RUFC - Scott pays tribute to Paolo

Rotherham United Manager, Andy Scott has paid tribute to Paolo Di Canio ahead of the meeting of the two clubs tomorrow at Don Valley.

Although Scott described the Italian`s antics at the game earlier in the season at the County Ground as like being in a 'circus`, he told David Beddows of The Advertiser that the Swindon boss wears his 'heart on his sleeve`.

'He`s a bit over the top sometimes,` Scott said, 'but in fairness to him, he`s a good coach. He has quickly recognised how League Two works and he`s changed the way they play.`

Remembering the game at the County Ground, Scott said, 'It was the Paolo Di Canio Show but that`s life. If both sides play as well as they can do this time then it will be a heck of a game.

'We need to be picking off the teams above us and Swindon are one of those teams.`

With Di Canio having to sit this one out, as he serves a one match touchline ban, I think it will probably be as interesting in the stands as it will be on the pitch.
