RUFC - Parkgate to keep on sponsoring Millers

Rotherham United and Parkgate Shopping have extended their partnership by a further two years and Parkgate Shopping will continue to be the main sponsors on the shirt.

Chairman, Tony Stewart told the Official Site, 'We`re both extremely passionate about promoting the image of Rotherham, so this partnership is perfect for Parkgate Shopping, ourselves and the town as a whole. We are delighted to extend our partnership as we begin a new era in our new stadium.

Steve Lewis, Head of Commercial at the club said ' The club have an extremely successful history with Parkgate Shopping, and this news can only strengthen the working relationship that we have together. It has been a pleasure working with Denis (Copeland) and Billy (Smith) thus far, and fantastic for both parties that we can tie this deal up so early. We now have time to plan a two-year sponsorship with Parkgate, one that we encourage all Millers fans to be part of. The hard, yet fun work starts now.`

Parkgate Shopping Manager, Denis Copeland said, 'We're delighted to extend our deal for a further two years, and we look forward to developing an even closer association with the club in this new era. We're proud to be involved with such a community focused organisation like Rotherham United FC.`
