Where do we go from here

A statement of support from the chairman yesterday on Radio Sheffield, underlined his support to the management team. There was also a denial of a meeting on Saturday evening, according to The Star. So what is happening at the DVS?

Voices of dissent were raised by the fans for the first time in few years. In the midst of the "glitch" period there weren`t really voices raised but now….

We can only listen to "Players not doing what they practice" so often. So you have to ask the questions. Are they up to the standard asked? Are instructions clear enough? The chairman seems to be supporting the management in bringing in the players he wants but are we seeing light at the end of a tunnel that promised so much at the start of the season? Frustrations are showing on the terraces, are they behind the scenes? Denial of a meeting and support from the chairman! The only thing we`re missing is the story of someone knocking a door in or breaking a window somewhere. That seems to be the usual other sporting reaction.

The supporters are aware of how important this season is in terms of the new stadium and we all hoped that we`d be in there, in a new division, ready to welcome new fans that want to see the stadium, stay aways coming back to Rotherham and just the ones that "don`t watch football at that level". This really should be a springboard for next season and we can`t allow this season to slip away
