RUFC - Marshall out on loan

Rotherham United winger, Marcus Marshall is off out on loan to rivals Macclesfield Town on a month`s loan.

Macclesfield are suffering an injury crisis at the moment, with Paul Morgan, George Donnelly and Dwaine Mattis all limping out of their game with Wimbledon at the weekend.

Marcus has made seventeen appearances for the Millers this season, which has included scoring a goal in the three-two win over Bradford at Valley Parade. Marcus also saw red in the FA Cup game with Shrewsbury.

I hope all goes well for Marcus with Macclesfield and I hope he gets to play games and comes back with loads of confidence. I don't know, maybe this will do the lad good but, I really don't think he's been treated (although that's perhaps not the right word) fairly this season. I get the impression that Marcus and the Manager got off on the wrong foot, why, I don't really know and, as I said, it's only my impression.

Good Luck, Marcus
