'If It's Football, It's Vital'

RUFC - View from the Oppositon - Daggers

Rotherham United Manager, Andy Scott said that the Millers have to learn to take their chances after another defeat on Saturday.

Meanwhile, Dagenham and Redbridge Assistant Manager, Terry Harris told DaggersPlayer that he thought, on the second performance, his side deserved the win.

'Our shape wasn`t right in the first half,` Harris said, 'but, second half, Josh (Scott) came on and we looked a lot more solid.

'Rotherham deserved their one-nil lead and could have had more. I`d put Revell and Grabban amongst the best front two we`ve come up against. We didn`t get to grips in mid-field and so we changed our shape and second half I thought we deserved the three points.

'We`ve had a few knocks of late and even when they got the second equalising goal it was a kick but we dug in and got the winner with a set-piece. Everyone says that the Rotherham lad used his hand to get it past Mark Arber, but the officials didn`t give it and, to be fair, it was an excellent header.

'I thought we showed some great resilience to push on and get the third.`

To be honest, in the second half it looked like there was only one team wanted the win
