Rotherham United Manager, Andy Scott says he is looking at the options he has if he feels he has to change the side against Gillingham tomorrow.
'We've got games coming thick and fast but when the players are doing well and wanting to keep their places it's difficult to leave them out. But, you can't flog a dead horse and sometimes it's better to take players out and give them a little rest.
'Grabs (Lewis Grabban) has had a rest for the last three games and he's fresh and we've got players on the bench who are desperate to be involved so we've got options and that's good. Hopefully Schoey (Danny Schofield) should be back available which is another one to add to the list so we're in good form.
'The players are desperate to play but they also understand that we've got a lot of games and, the way that we play, anyone who is feeling a little bit tired will be holding us back but they want to play and are determined to stay in the side.
'We've got players who have played a lot of games this season so we are looking at all options in every position. But we've also got players who have come in late and not done the pre-season we've done so aren't quite as fit as the other lads and so that's got to be looked at.
'Michael Raynes has been unlucky not to be involved recently because, until his sending off, he was playing and so him and Cress (Ryan Cresswell) are both available for tomorrow night. Prings (Ben Pringle) has worked hard and we've had a good chat about the way he would fit into the squad and, I think, he's now realised that it wasn't working the way he wanted to do it and if he does it the way I want it to be done, he's got a chance and he's been rewarded by having a place on the bench. In fairness, he's been terrific in training but everyone has a chance here, the door is never shut but he's taken his time to get there and the only thing now is that he hasn't had games.
'The good thing is that we've got no injuries and people might be feeling a little bit tired after the game on Saturday but we expect that because they've given their all and have come off the pitch on their hands and knees sometimes - and that's what we are looking for, players who give their all. They recover very quickly and have been given programmes to do and we look after them and make sure they are prepared for the next game.'
