RUFC - BUY A BRICK SCHEME

Millers Trust have given us an update on the Buy A Brick Scheme that a lot of us participated in 2005.

This is from the Millers Trust Official Site

The Board of Rotherham United Football Club has very kindly offered to install a commemorative plaque to be situated inside the New York Stadium to bear the names and personal messages of all those who bought a brick under the 2005 RUST Buy a Brick Scheme. The Board is under no obligation to do this and Millers Trust has gratefully accepted this very kind gesture.
Since it has been over seven years since the original scheme took place Millers Trust are now looking to confirm and update the details we have on file from 2005 so that people who kindly donated back then will have their correct message on the commemorative plaque. It is the sole responsibility of Millers Trust to verify the details of Buy a Brick subscribers on its database. The Club will therefore play no part in the verification process.
All Update Forms will be cross-referenced to the Trust database as part of the verification process.

IT IS NECESSARY FOR EVERY PERSON WHO BOUGHT A BRICK TO COMPLETE AN UPDATE FORM

If you bought multiple bricks you will need to complete a separate Update Form for each brick.
If you have changed your name and or address since 2005 please also provide your previous name and address for checking against the database.

To verify your details, you can do it in several ways.
