'If It's Football, It's Vital'

RUFC - View from the Opposition - Shrewsbury Town

Rotherham United Manager, Steve Evans was pleased with his teams performance at Shrewsbury on Saturday despite the three-one loss and says he will take the positives from the game.

Shrewsbury Town Manager, Graham Turner said he was delighted with the character of his sides come back.

Speaking to the Shrews Official Site, Turner said, 'It`s another three points but more significantly we`ve had to come from behind again to get them.

'We felt that Rotherham would come out all guns blazing and we needed to keep a clean sheet but we set off sluggish and didn`t do that and we looked a bit nervy after that until midway to late in the first half when we started to string two passes together.

'I think the key moment was the equaliser right on half-time which changed the mood in the dressing room and then we came out with some decent stuff in the second half. But we`ve really had to dig in for the victory today.`
