'If It's Football, It's Vital'

A Marriage made in reading

Congratulations should go to Adam Le Fondre and his Reading team mates. There were many teams in the frame when Alfie went on the market but I doubt any other could have complimented each other so well.

It takes some doing to be your clubs top scorer when, for most of the season, you`ve come off the bench and had very few starts. That of course caps the season with a championship and off in to the Premier League!

I hope that whoever did the contract for the Millers built in little "bonus" payments for a divisional title and top scorer. If so, Kerching!!! Maybe there`s even a chance that the Royals will be an early visitor to the New York stadium

Great news for Alfie - and the Millers! There were some who said he couldn't make it in the high league - hmm, let's hope he carries on doing that amongst the big boys
