'If It's Football, It's Vital'

RUFC - Evans wants 'winning culture'

Rotherham United Manager, Steve Evans says he will keep the Millers fans informed of any player he goes after but doesn`t get while also saying there will be some 'exciting` signings for the club this summer.

Speaking to The Star, Evans said he wants a 'winning culture` at the club and that he will always try to influence a game.

'People ask about the style of football of my teams but I say that I want winning football and you can win a number of ways. But we have one football match to go this season and I want to see us going all out to win it.`

Evans has already hinted that he wants to bring in around ten new players in the summer saying, 'I`m not going to get everybody I go for and if we go for someone and don`t get him, then I`ll tell the fans who it was which will create debate in the pubs, clubs and steelworks as will, of course, those who we sign and there will be some exciting ones.

'Whoever does come in needs to buy into the ambition here what this football club will be about and I want people here who are going to live and breathe this club.`
