Rotherham United Manager, Steve Evans has today announced his retained list for next season.

The full list is Andy Warrington, Dale Tonge, Ryan Cresswell, Johnny Mullins, Troy Brown, Lewis Grabban, Jason Taylor, Mark Bradley, Gareth Evans, Ben Pringle and Alex Revell who are contracted until June 2013 while Danny Schofield is contracted until 2014.

Mitchell Rose and Alec Denton are First Year Development Professionals.

Speaking to the Official Site, Manager, Steve Evans said, 'It has been a long and difficult day but we have made our decisions in relation to all the players. We can now move forward and focus on what we have to do to be ready for next season. Each senior member of my backroom staff has had an input into the decisions taken and to be fair to those guys, they agreed on most, if not every decision, I made.

'On behalf of everyone at Rotherham United I would like to thank every player for their efforts over the last ten months or so. It is also very appropriate that we wish those lads leaving us every success for the remainder of their careers and remind them that they are indeed all very welcome to come back and see us at the New York Stadium.

'My focus is now on player recruitment which is a key task so there is no time for a holiday just yet. The talking stops now and the real hard work starts. I would expect us to be adding eleven or twelve players to the squad so it will certainly be a very busy summer.'
