RUFC - Evans proud to be with the Millers

Rotherham United Manager, Steve Evans is preparing for next season by trying to sort out new players, pre-season games and training schedules.

Being the Rotherham United Manager isn`t an easy job, but I don`t think Steve thought it ever would be and he said the most important thing, at present, is player and staff recruitment.

The Millers boss has two players lined up, hopefully one will be with us on Tuesday and another to follow twenty-four hours later to add to Daniel Nardiello who arrived on Thursday. He is also going to make two formal bids for players but says there is a lot of work to be done there.

Asked about pre-season friendlies, Steve said that he hopes to be able to release the details by the end of next week and is also hoping that there will be a family day at the New York Stadium where fans can watch the players train and have a look around at the same time.
