Rotherham United have said this afternoon that they are still in negotiations with Crawley Town over the transfer of striker and top scorer Lewis Grabban.

Speculation over the twenty-four year old moving away from the Millers has been rife since Millers boss, Steve Evans said, just after the end of the season, that 'he wasn`t sure of the twenty-one goal scorer`s future with the Millers`.

Crawley tried, but failed, to sign Grabban in January and it is known that other League One clubs have been after the former Brentford player.

The club have also squashed rumours that they are about to sign former Leeds United midfielder Lee Bowyer.
