RUFC - Who will wear the armband?

Rotherham United Manager, Steve Evans says he believes the decision on who will captain the Millers next season is one for July.

The Millers have Johnny Mullins and Ryan Cresswell who have both worn the skipper`s armband and now back is Ian Sharps who was captain here the first time around as well as being captain of Shrewsbury Town. Daniel Nardiello has also arrived. So just who will be leading the Millers out at the New York Stadium?

Speaking to MillersPlayer, the Millers boss said, 'We are signing a number of players who arguably could be captain. And we've had a captain in Johnny Mullins who's done nothing wrong so we will need to look at it in pre-season.

'We need someone in that dressing room who demonstrates what we are about. And someone who has lots of passion and lots of character who will, on occasion, challenge me and sit down and debates with you as a management team.

'We want someone who, ultimately, has the same goal as the Chairman and the same goal as the Tea Lady and that's to be successful.'

Who do you think should be team captain?
