RUFC - O'Kane on Evans' radar
Rotherham United are being linked with Torquay midfielder, Eunan O`Kane.
The Irish international joined Torquay in January 2010 and has made over one hundred and twenty appearances for the Gulls and may be best remembered by Millers fans for scoring the opening goal in the one-all draw at Plainmoor in March 2011.
While Millers Manager, Steve Evans was disappointed yesterday at being turned down by a winger and midfielder he told MillersPlayer that he had other people in mind to fill those positions.
Newly promoted Swindon Town are also said to be interested in the twenty-one year old and it could be a tussle between Sr di Canio and Evans if O`Kane feels he wants to move away from Torquay.
Having brought in a number of players already on 'free`s` I think we will need to break the bank to get this young man in.
