RUFC - Evans having to be patient

Rotherham United are still waiting to hear if they have been successful in their bid to bring in a loan striker that the Millers Manager, Steve Evans says is 'an exciting prospect`.

The Millers Boss told the Official Site that he is expecting news shortly, but has heard nothing today.

'We made an approach,` said Evans, '`and now it is left with the Chief Executive to discuss things with the club in question, so I have let them get on with it. Hopefully we can have some news soon but if it is not to happen we will move onto other targets.`
