Six years ago on Vital Rotherham we were all sending out best wishes to England as they competed in the World Cup in Italy. England won two and drew one of the Group games before beating Ecuador, one-nil to reach the quarter finals. The game saw Wayne Rooney red carded on sixty-two minutes and England lose three-one on penalties after the game was still nil-nil after extra-time.
