RUFC - Former Owl to join Millers?
Rotherham United are waiting for Jon-Paul McGovern to decide if he wants to move to the Millers in what the News & Star, Carlisle, suggests is a 'complete shock move'.
Carlisle United have given the thirty-one year old permission to speak to the Millers with Millers Manager, Steve Evans saying yesterday that he was 'close' to signing a winger.
Meanwhile Carlisle themselves have refused to confirm or deny that McGovern is on the move saying that he remains a United player and has a year left on the two-year deal he signed last summer.
