RUFC - Evans 'Revs is staying'

RUFC - Evans 'Revs is staying'

Rotherham United Manager, Steve Evans has told the Official Site that he could have moved striker Alex Revell on many times since the end of last season.

Speaking in the second part of his Gaffer on Sunday, the Millers boss said that both League Two and League One Managers had been on the 'phone asking if Revs was available. Even though Evans knows that Revs didn't get enough goals last season (eleven in forty-nine appearances), he said that the twenty-eight year old is going nowhere.

Alex joined the Millers from Leyton Orient at the end of August last year and scored two goals on his debut in a live TV game against Swindon Town.
