RUFC - Raynor 'the wheels are turning'
Rotherham United are preparing to bring in two strikers next week with Assistant Manager, Paul Raynor saying the 'wheels are turning`.
Speaking to David Beddows of The Advertiser, Raynor said, 'We hope to have one striker through the door next week and an agreement with another to join us on loan, who we think extremely highly of, although there won`t be any movement on that until mid-July.
'The other player would command a fee. He`s a proven striker and goal scorer and we are in dialogue with his club.`
The Millers have already had six-figure bids turned down for Jack Midson of Wimbledon and Matt Tubbs of Bournemouth and say that there is no truth in the rumour that former Miller Chris O`Grady could be on his way back.
