Rotherham United goalkeeper, Scott Shearer says he has been very impressed with the calibre of the squad that boss, Steve Evans has got together.

Speaking to Chris Jackson of the Official Site the thirty-one year old shot stopper said, 'We have a goal to win the league this season and the people in the football world are taking a look at Rotherham. We're a professional club from top down. We want to win the league and we will put pressure on ourselves as we don't want to fail.`

Scott is one of the nine new recruits (so far) for the Millers joining in May after helping Crawley Town into League One. Before Crawley he played for a number of clubs and while with Wrexham was named PFA League Two Team of the Year for the 2008-09 season.
