RUFC - Raynor 'we thrive on pressure'
Rotherham United Assistant Manager, Paul Raynor says that he and Manager Steve Evans thrive on pressure.
Speaking to Paul Rickett of The Advertiser, Paul said it didn`t particularly bother him that the Millers are favourites with the bookies to go up saying it was the same when they were at Crawley.
'We`ve got a very competitive squad,` he said, 'and we have to deliver. We actually thrive on that pressure and we hate losing because we aren`t used to it.
'The whole town has high expectations and the way it has responded is great with a real togetherness about it.`
Speaking about their trip to the Algarve this coming week, Paul said, 'We`ve put together a fantastic training camp just outside Faro and we know the food is good and the training pitch is absolutely magnificent. It`s perfect for what we need.`
